Practical Knowledge is Not.

Susan was a great course facilitator . She made the course very interesting, applicable to all situations and fun, showing creative ways for continuous improvement in each specific work-area. She has great vision and can see improvements where it is not always obvious. She was very quick to understand the particular requirements of research.

I’ve worked with Susan to deliver process improvement in Healthcare and local government. The techniques used by Susan are applicable to any industry and can quickly highlight simple, sustainable process improvements.

O Donovan Engineering Co Ltd embarked on our Lean Journey in June 2012, BPI were appointed as consultants. Susan has knowledge and experience which enabled our company to achieve our planned milestones during the journey. Having the support, understanding and flexibility for the duration of our programme was excellent

Cygnum began working with BPI Services in 2016. BPI and Susan Clancy were recommended to us by another manufacturing company who have worked with them since 2012. On the advice of BPI we’ve engaged a large cross section of our staff in Lean and are being guided through the process by Susan. Her ability to get full ‘buy in’ and contribution from all participants has been excellent. We are at the end of our first phase of projects (all of which have been successful!) and are now starting a new phase of projects. We will continue working with BPI on Lean and see them as a key part of our team going forward

BPI Services have been working with our team for the past few years. Over this time their understanding of teamwork has enabled them to fit in very well with our business and help people understand process and improvement. Susan is excellent at broad based vision and is open to discuss change or strategy as seamlessly as continuous improvement projects. After all they are intrinsically linked and Susan understands and connects with that. She is non-threatening and engaging and that is a hugely valuable asset when delivering and challenging mind-sets.

Although Susan was an external contributor – her approach and attitude felt like she was part of our team. Personally my own learning was extremely beneficial – I have reviewed my own work to see how I can add more value to our organisation. Susan has worked with Reliance Precision Manufacturing Ireland on several occasions over a number of years. Her depth of knowledge and passion for Lean and Continuous Improvement is contagious and she has a fantastic way of engaging with people at all levels of our business.
